We make gates of different types: swing, lifting and sliding, which can be equipped with a remote control with modern automation. The frame of the gate is usually made of profiled pipe or angle, sheathed with sheet metal, corrugated board, cladding, composite materials. Preparation of the site for the installation of the gate can be carried out both by the Customer and our team of craftsmen.
We make metal doors both with warming, and without it, fire-prevention doors EI 30 with a limit of fire resistance to 30 minutes which are mounted on ways of possible evacuation. Metal doors can be equipped with fire locks with "anti-panic" function. Are made of metal of various thickness from 0.8 to 2 mm. The number of hinges is calculated depending on the thickness of the metal and the weight of the door. We carry out powder painting of doors under color of the Customer according to the RAL catalog. We make one- and two-leaf metal doors according to the sizes from the Customer.
Our company is engaged in the production of decorative metal products. For example, visors over doors, canopies, products from metal of various complexity of bending in the thickness from 0,2 mm to 5 mm. It is also possible to quickly make a variety of selected elements that are used to cover roofs (grasshoppers, windshields, snow guards, etc.), fences, etc. If necessary, the parts can be painted with powder paint. The color is chosen by the Customer according to the RAL catalog.
Our company specializes in the manufacture of special purpose metal products: stairs, stairwells, terraces, window grilles, metal posts, brackets and anti-vandal nets for air conditioners, metal grilles for wiping shoes in front of the door and more. We design and manufacture structures according to the wishes of the Customer, taking into account the required dimensions and color according to the RAL catalog. Painting of metal structures is possible with enamel or powder paint.
