Our company, in addition to the main activity of production of block containers and modular buildings, provides services for freight transportation in Ukraine and abroad, powder coating of metal products, metalworking and woodworking.
Delivery of goods is carried out by own vehicles from 0.5 to 22 tons on the territory of Ukraine and abroad. There are tilt and flatbed semi-trailers, open platforms. For transportation of oversized cargo it is necessary to issue a special permit, which can be obtained by both the Customer and our company. The cost of freight depends on the distance of delivery, as well as weight and dimensions of the cargo.
Our company provides transport for transportation of goods under the order, and also carries out transportation of own made production. For example, transportation of block modules and mobile buildings can be carried out both in assembled form and in the form of "transpacks" (for one semi-trailer up to 6 block containers).
Our company provides services for powder coating. We carry out surface preparation - cleaning and degreasing. The dimensions of the painting chamber allow to process details, the dimensions of which can be up to 2.3 meters in height, 3 meters in length. Powder-coated products stay bright for a very long time, no blemishes appear, and the paint does not chip or burn out in the sun.
The production facilities of our company allow us to provide the following metalworking services: milling and turning, plasma cutting of metal on CNC machines, guillotine cutting, bending of sheet metal up to 5 mm thick, bending of radial pipes, cutting of sheet metal with scissors. There is its own line for rolling wall corrugated board.
We carry out welding work of various types: electric arc welding, semiautomatic, spotter, and also spot welding.
The production facilities of our company allow us to provide services for cutting wood products on CNC machines.
A format-cutting machine is used for sawing wood-based board materials (chipboard, fiberboard).
We carry out gluing of facades by a PVC film.
We provide services for wood processing on a reysmus. After passing the wood through the reysmus, it undergoes the process of applying fire protection.
