Modular building for laboratory and research complex

Project readiness

100%

This modular laboratory and research complex was built on the order of SYNGENTA LLC, which is a representative office of the international company Syngenta in Ukraine, in 2016 in the village of Chumaki, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Our company acted as the main contractor under the contract and carried out the design of the mobile building, construction and installation.

The modular laboratory building consists of two blocks, with an area of 400 m2 and 650 m2, connected by a common corridor, assembled from 76 block containers.

The complex provides: two locker rooms and two bathrooms (separately for men and women), laboratory (200 m2), dining room with kitchen (150 m2), conference hall (60 m2), as well as office and administrative departments (total area 220 m2) )).

Designed to accommodate laboratory furniture, equipment, machines and other equipment.

The flooring was made of chemically resistant linoleum, the walls were made of laminated chipboard.

In places where equipment exceeding a load of 2.5 kilonewtons per square meter is installed, the floor frame is reinforced. Laboratory-industrial premises were combined with administrative-domestic and other types into one building. The building has a video surveillance system, fire protection and separate control systems for electrical equipment of the building (switchboard with fire extinguishing system). Additionally, a room ventilation system was installed under the ceiling.

The company asphalted the area around the building and arranged sidewalks. In addition, the lighting of the street space was arranged to order and a system of sliding gates was installed on the remote control.

Also, it should be noted that the block containers from which the building was built are made by "transpack" technology, which allows you to transport 3-6 containers in one car.
